Social Anxiety - how to prepare yourself for the party!
- Before you go to the party you can ring a friend who will be there and ask for 'wing' assistance
- Prepare some conversation starter (engage by remembering what your friends have been up to lately and ask about the progress is a an excellent way to get started)
- Be open about your feelings when talking to friends, because you are not alone and friends are here to help.
Feeling worthless and alone means you need to reboot to get back to normal. Kinesiology is an excellent way to get started.
